Your responsibilities:
- Smoothly organize the work of shift workers
- Ensure that the production process is organized and carried out in accordance with the requirements of the food safety and quality system implemented in the company.
- Improve department performance and company indicators (such as production efficiency, quality assurance, output control, execution of the production plan)
- Create work schedules, fill out time sheets
- Actively participate in the induction and training process of new employees, take care of the education of existing employees
- Perform other tasks delegated by the head of the department
We hope you:
- Has a higher education
- Has skills to work with basic MS Office applications
- Good communication skills, excellent organizational and effective planning skills
- You are able to work in a team, and if you have experience in leading a team - we will consider that as your advantage
- Experience in the food production industry is another advantage of yours
