Our client is OMG Bubble Tea, an innovative bubble tea production company growing at the speed of a start-up, exporting more than 80% of its production to foreign markets. A team with ambitious plans and goals for further growth and development is currently looking for strong and motivated professionals for both day and night shifts.
You will be responsible for:
- Organization of smooth shift work.
- Organization of production processes related to quality and food safety.
- Control of approved production indicators, their analysis, ensuring optimal use of raw materials.
- Completing work schedules, newsletters and internal company documents.
- application of the LEAN method in daily activities; submission of proposals on the efficiency of the production process.
- Appropriate and timely integration of new team members and ensuring further growth.
The OMG Bubble Tea team hopes to:
- You have obtained a higher spec. education.
- You have good organizational skills.
- You have knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP.
- You are an advanced user of MC Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- You have excellent communication and cooperation skills.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.

Salary
1500-2454 €/mon. gross
Salary will depend on candidate's experience and shift applied for (day/night). Bonuses are paid in addition to the salary, depending on the results achieved.
