Nature of work:
- organizing the bar work of the wood, metal, decoration, assembly or packaging department, ensuring the smooth execution of production tasks (work in one of the listed departments);
- management of subordinate production workers, their education and motivation;
- ensuring quality, order, safety requirements;
- analysis of production results and preparation of offers;
- search and implementation of new technological solutions;
- supervision and planning of working time costs, control of fulfillment of production norms;
- execution of the production plan and coordination with other departments.
Work in II shifts (06:00-14:30 / 14:30-23:00)
