Nature of work
- organization of work of various departments;
- management of production workers, their education and motivation;
- ensuring quality, order, safety requirements;
- analysis of production results and preparation of offers;
- search and implementation of new technological solutions;
- maintenance and planning of working time costs;
- control of the fulfillment of production norms;
- execution of the production plan and coordination with other departments.
Work schedule: Mon - Fri, two shifts (06:00 - 14:30, 14:30 - 23:00). Weekends are free.
Place of work: Kaunas district, Karmėlava.
Requirements
- responsibility, initiative, organization;
- positivity, communication, cooperation in achieving the company's goals;
- management work experience in a furniture manufacturing company;
- understanding of production drawings and technical documentation.
