A friendly confectionery company requires a shift manager. If you are looking for varied and interesting work with challenges, the opportunity to work in a professional team and a stable and well-paid job, we can offer you a new career.
Flexible work schedule: 06:00 - 19:00.
One week I, II, V, VI, VII are worked on, and the next week III, IV. Every other weekend is free.
Place of work: Kaunas district, Garliava.
- organization of department work in production premises;
- management of employees, their education and motivation, assistance;
- ensuring quality, order, safety requirements;
- supervision and planning of working time costs;
- solving problems arising during the production process;
- training of new employees;
- control of making production quantities;
- execution of the production plan and coordination with trade departments;
