Narbutas International is currently looking for a Shift Manager(s) to lead, organize and plan production shift work.
Narbutas International is currently looking for a Shift Manager(s) to lead, organize and plan production shift work.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
- Manage the production shift, ensuring a smooth production process and productivity;
- Plan and organize shift work, allocating tasks and resources;
- Analyze the production activities, monitor the work progress, solving the challenges that have arisen;
- Be responsible for employee education, motivation and evaluation of their work results;
- Ensure a safe and efficient work process in compliance with the standards and procedures established by the company;
- Ensure compliance with work order rules, occupational safety and health and fire safety requirements.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Higher education in engineering, production management or similar field (preferred);
- Experience in managing a production shift;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Knowledge of production processes, good organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment;
- Good decision-making skills and ability to solve problems;
- High sense of responsibility and determination to achieve results;
- Good computer knowledge and ability to use production management systems.
