Nature of work
To organize smooth and efficient activities of shift workers.
Team formation, education and motivation;
Conducting production meetings;
Analysis of production results, reporting to the production manager;
Production process supervision, control, problem solving, proposal initiation;
Participation in efficiency improvement and quality improvement projects;
Production resource planning;
Ensure compliance with work safety and health, fire safety requirements.
Workplace: Freda II, Veterinaru st. 32, Biruliškės, Kaunas district.
Work in shifts according to a rolling schedule: 3 d. - full-time, 3 d. - rest, 3 days - nightly.

Employee requirements
Higher Education;
Experience of similar work in a manufacturing company (wood/furniture manufacturing - an advantage);
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks, make decisions independently;
Ability to be a leader, motivate the team, coordinate its work and promptly solve emerging challenges;
Responsibility, logical and analytical thinking;
Work with a computer using MS "Office" programs.
Experience of similar work in a manufacturing company (wood/furniture manufacturing - an advantage);
