- Organize and coordinate the technological processes of the shift.
- Ensure efficient use of production resources and execution of the production plan.
- Supervise the implementation of production technological quality requirements in technological facilities
- Form and motivate the shift team, develop and maintain their involvement.
- Properly delegate and coordinate the performance of employees' tasks.
- To ensure compliance with the requirements of worker safety and health, fire safety.

- You have obtained a higher technical education.
- Has similar experience in a manufacturing company (woodworking or furniture manufacturing company - would be an advantage).
- You are able to organize and motivate employees to perform assigned tasks responsibly.
- Has computer skills.
