Nature of work
Organize shift work in such a way as to achieve production efficiency and quality indicators:
Participate in the implementation of Lean tools and maintain the implemented standards.
Work on a rolling shift schedule after 12:00 p.m. (3 days, 2 rest, 3 nights, 4 rest).
- Distribute work according to the manufactured product, monitor their progress;
- Manage equipment and promptly solve problems arising in production;
- Maintain order, ensure smooth preventive measures;
- Organize shift handover meetings and present the results of the shift in the daily activity meeting;
- To train new employees, to evaluate their achievements;
Participate in the implementation of Lean tools and maintain the implemented standards.

Employee requirements
- Technical field education;
- Experience in organizing team work;
- Experience driving a forklift;
- Personal qualities: organization in carrying out work, responsibility, ability to solve problems, respectful communication.
