- Execution of production plans, quality control, accounting of production and materials.
- Constantly seek to increase the efficiency of shift activity, improve the quality of work of subordinate employees.
- Ensuring and supervising compliance with employee safety requirements.
- Shift work schedule (day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). 3 working days, 3 days off.

The volumes of recycled polyethylene waste are constantly increasing due to the continuous development of AB Plasta and the increase of production capacity.
