We are looking for a new team member whose functions will be:
- Ensure efficient use of production resources and execution of the production plan in the production department;
- Ensure the quality of the produced production;
- Annual assessment of employee qualifications;
- Form and motivate the shift team, develop and support its involvement;
- Properly delegate and coordinate the performance of employees' tasks;
- Ensure compliance with worker safety and health, fire safety requirements;
- Administer the storage of production materials, submit orders to the Purchasing Department;
- Conduct operational production meetings, provide information to the management;
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience in a manufacturing company (at least 2 years);
- At least 1 year of team management experience;
- No lower than professional technical or other field education;
- Good computer skills;
- Orientation to the result;
- Responsible approach to work;
- Responsibility, diligence;
- Lithuanian language - oral and written - excellent, Russian - able to communicate, due to the foreigners working in the company.
Work schedule:
Week I (from Monday to Friday) 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Week II (from Monday to Friday) 14:30-23:00
VI and VII - rest days.
