Creation and control of work schedules;
Assistance to waiters working in shifts during difficult or conflict situations;
Helping the restaurant manager and performing tasks delegated by the manager;
Training of new personnel;

Requirements for the employee
Work experience as a waiter or bartender is REQUIRED;
College or professional education as a waiter would be an advantage;
Cash register skills;
Correct Lithuanian language, good knowledge of English, Russian;
Ability to sell, helpfulness, orientation to the result;
Honesty, courtesy;
Orderliness and responsibility.
