- Attract new regular donors by actively interviewing in public places, trading points or events;
- To represent the organization, to represent its mission and vision;
- Collect the information of physical donors, ensuring its confidentiality and protection;
- Actively participate in all necessary trainings;
- Provide results reports to the team leader.
Employee requirements
- Determination and courage to actively talk and communicate with strangers in public places;
- Communicability, flexibility and empathy;
- Positivity and motivation;
- Stubbornness and the ability not to give up in difficult situations;
- Willingness to learn and improve in the professional field;
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends on weekdays);
- Knowledge of work ethics and fluent Lithuanian language;
- Work experience in direct sales, fundraising or promotional tasks - we will consider it an advantage.
