Nature of work

  • Organization and coordination of work at the food pantry;
  • Reception of recipients of support, volunteers or other persons who came to the unit and providing information on issues arising to them;
  • Coordination of the distribution of food aid: drawing up a queue of aid recipients; summoning the recipients of support, preparing the recipient's card;
  • Training of volunteers to properly distribute food to beneficiaries;
  • Daily creation of product quotas;
  • Communication with the warehouse so that there is no shortage of products in the drop-off;
  • Bringing the amount and weight of the distributed support into the accounting program.

You will do well in this job if you:

  • You are able to plan and implement your activities independently, but at the same time you feel good working in a team;
  • You have experience in the field of customer service;
  • You work freely with a computer (especially the Excel program);
  • You communicate easily in Russian - you will need it in everyday activities;
  • You feel great when performing tasks that require great care;
  • You are able to organize your work and that of others;
  • You are flexible and quickly orient yourself in unexpected situations;
  • You like to communicate with people;
