We are looking for enthusiastic employees to work in the store:
- Working in assigned #Mini Market stores located in Kėdainiai district: Akademija, Dotnuva, Krakės, Manviliškis, Žibartonys and Meironiškis.
- I will serve customers quickly and accurately, ensuring a smooth payment process;
- You will ensure that the store always has orderly goods and a sufficient amount of them;
- You will observe the expiration dates of the goods and make sure that customers buy only fresh and high-quality goods;
- You will maintain cleanliness and order in the sales hall and storage areas.
Employee requirements:
- Experience with cash registers and cash books will be an advantage, but willing to train those without experience;
- The ability to communicate fluently and clearly in Lithuanian is essential;
- You will be enthusiastic, creative and ready to share your ideas;
- The ability to connect with customers, listen to their needs and solve problems are essential qualities;
- We are looking for a responsible and organized employee who can work according to a flexible schedule (4 working days/4 days off);
- You will be attentive to details, thorough and honest in your work.
