Nature of work
Sales and organization of activities of new motorcycles and quadricycles, spare parts, clothing and accessories;
Customer service by phone, e-mail by mail and directly in the salon;
Active sales and attracting potential customers;
Administration, improvement and communication of sales channels;
Customer flow planning, preparation and coordination of commercial proposals;
Increasing brand awareness and representation at events and exhibitions;
Issuing VAT invoices, working with the cash register.

Positive attitude to work, discipline and motivation;
Successful experience in car/motorcycle/quad/scooter sales and service;
Knowledge of the structure of motorcycles and quadricycles;
Ability to organize work and promptly solve problems;
Good computer literacy;
Higher or higher education;
Ability to work both independently and in a team;
Good oral and written command of the Lithuanian language;
Basics of English and Russian (technical understanding, vocabulary);
Maintenance of workplace and trade hall order;
Duty, honesty, responsibility;
A and B driver's license (A advantage);
Work time planning, time allocation efficiency, self-monitoring of completed work.

Salary

The base depends on competence and responsibilities. Bonus (monthly/quarterly) depends on personal and company results achieved.
