Sales Project Manager

Sale of production services provided by the company to customers;
Organization of meetings with clients, representation of services and solutions;
Effective clarification of the client's expectations, analysis of possibilities, selection of appropriate solutions, preparation of proposals, risk assessment and ensuring feedback;
Effective cooperation with other departments (production, planning, supply, finance, etc.) in order to ensure the most optimal production (service delivery) process of implemented projects.

Higher, advanced education in the field of management, electronics or engineering sciences;
Ability to fluently teach ideas in writing and orally in Lithuanian and English (C1/C2 level);
Successful experience of submissions to B2B sector clients, sales of engineering/technical products;
Analytical thinking, activity planning and management skills, ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment;
Negotiation, communication skills, experience in concluding contracts, risk assessment;
Orientation to the result, the ability to understand the client and his needs.

2000-4000 €/mon. gross
The specific fixed salary portion depends on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
