- Active communication with new and existing clients of the company when selling personal protective equipment (work with business clients);
- Constant maintenance of relations with customers, promotion of visits, loyalty;
- Preparation of commercial offers;
- Coordination of customer orders and debts;
- Preparation of necessary reports, market analysis;
- Business environment monitoring, analysis and response to its changes;
- Active teamwork.
Employee requirements
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION OF SALES MANAGER:
- Product sales and negotiation skills;
- Attention and friendliness to the client;
- Strong orientation to the result;
- Ability to effectively plan your time;
- Initiative and activity;
- Willingness to learn and improve;
- Driver's license (required).
