Nature of work
- Assistance to the sales team;
- Help in preparing proposals, trainings, seminars for new and existing clients;
- Help with order administration;
- Data processing and preparation of reports (HansaWorld);
- Execution of tasks related to sales;
- Showroom maintenance.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (advantage);
- Willingness and ability to work in the fields of commerce and trade;
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian (advantage);
- Diligence, analytical thinking, communication skills;
- Willingness to achieve results, improve and learn;
- Ability to plan time, responsibility, attentiveness, independence;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of coffee (advantage);
- Experience in the field of HoReCa (advantage);
- Driver's license.
