Nature of work
- preparation of commercial offers;
- filling in and drawing up applications;
- execution and control of orders;
- data processing and preparation of reports;
- assistance in coordinating daily sales activities and other organizational work;
- customer database maintenance (filling, updating);
- informing customers according to managers' instructions.
Employee requirements
- higher education (can be non-university);
- good knowledge of MS Excel program;
- clerical knowledge;
- good knowledge of the Russian language (written and spoken);
- English language.
- thoroughness, attentiveness, responsibility, flexibility, excellent time planning skills, quick orientation and receptiveness to new knowledge.
