We are currently looking for a Sales Group Manager to join our team

The nature of your work:
- Organization of the work of the existing team of consultants;
- Continuous development of the sales team;
- Systematic introduction of newcomers and continuous education;
- Setting sales goals and ensuring their achievement;
- Organization and coordination of salespeople's work;
- Seller training, practical training and coaching;
- Responsibility for the achievement of the group result.
Employee requirements:
- Min. higher/professional education;
- Knowledge of the insurance and/or financial market (advantage);
- Activity, positivity, communication;
- Ability to achieve set goals;
- Ability to work individually and in a team;
- Computer literacy;
- Successful experience in active sales (mandatory);
- Experience of supervised work (required).

Salary
1500-5000 €/mon. net
The compensation for this position depends on performance. There is a minimum guaranteed amount, and there is no limit to the maximum amount.
On average, this position earns from 1500 EUR/month. (NET).
