ALTAS AUTO, the European leader in small bus production, continues to expand its team and invites a new team member to join the order management department!
IN THIS POSITION YOU WOULD HAVE:
□ accept and evaluate customer requests and create detailed/complex commercial offers with a special configurator;
□ to closely cooperate with engineering and production departments in order to find out and implement customer needs;
□ provide production specifications to the order management team by the established deadlines.
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
IN THIS POSITION YOU WOULD HAVE:
- Consult and provide assistance to sales representatives and customers.
- Administer the order acceptance and fulfillment process:
□ accept and evaluate customer requests and create detailed/complex commercial offers with a special configurator;
□ to closely cooperate with engineering and production departments in order to find out and implement customer needs;
□ provide production specifications to the order management team by the established deadlines.
- Visit and evaluate sales representatives in foreign countries.
- To participate in international exhibitions representing the company.
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- You have obtained a university or higher education in management or engineering.
- You have experience in managing complex projects.
- You are good at speaking and writing English. Knowledge of German would be a great advantage.
- You are fluent in communication and able to manage critical situations.
- You follow the same values as us: decisiveness, openness, initiative and responsibility.

- Salary from 2500 to 3000 Euros (gross) and an annual bonus depending on the company's results. The specific salary is agreed with the candidate taking into account his experience and competence.

UAB ALTAS komercinis transportas (ALTAS AUTO) - we are one of the leaders in the production of small and medium-sized buses in Europe. We work closely with car manufacturers (Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Volkswagen, Iveco).
We have been aiming for leadership in this segment since 2007, when we made the production of mini buses our strategic priority. From 2019 we became the official manufacturer of MAN minibuses (OEM). We plan that 2022 will be a record year.
We produce 600-800 buses a year and regularly export about 90% of our production to 18 European countries, where we have representatives - specialized sales partners. Our motto 'Never stop moving' is even more relevant when it comes to sustainable passenger transport. After applying many years of experience in bus production to the development of electric buses, we can already offer the market modern ALTAS NOVUS city and intercity buses.
The team's ability to implement large-scale, complex projects in collaboration with international partners is a factor in our success.
