Nature of work
- Active sales of equipment in the Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia)
- Searching for new clients, attracting them, regular visits, maintaining relationships
- Preparation of proposals, conducting negotiations
- Identifying customer needs and proposing solutions
- Analysis of the competitive environment
Employee requirements
- Experience in sales of industrial equipment
- Technical awareness
- Good knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage)
- Ability to work with CRM program
- Communicability, organizational skills
- Orientation towards goals and results
- Analytical thinking, negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Higher or higher education
- Driver's licence B category)
