PURPOSE OF OBLIGATIONS:
According to customer requests and wishes, delivery and sale of suitable travel packages or services through electronic channels
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Selling travel packages or services through electronic channels;
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone and online in accordance with the company's customer service standards;
- Providing customers with relevant and useful information about selected trips;
- Management of complex situations and finding solutions;
- Working with the reservation system;
- Conclusion of contracts, payment control;
WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATES:
- Successful work experience in the field of sales and customer service (at least 2 years);
- Interested in the most popular holiday travel destinations (Turkey, Egypt, Greece, Bulgaria, Spain);
- Skills to professionally respond to customer inquiries by phone and electronic channels;
- Attention to the quality and standards of customer service;
- Ability to manage complex situations, find solutions;
- Fluent Lithuanian language skills in speech and writing; knowledge of English and Russian languages would be considered an important advantage;
- Experience working with MS Office and social networks;
- Work planning skills, ability to work in a changing environment;
- Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Salary from EUR 2000 gross per month;
- Sliding work schedule;
- A convenient office location in a shopping center: "Mega" (Kaunas) or "Ozas" (Vilnius);
- Ability to work remotely (after a successful trial period)
