SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

We are looking for an active, purposeful employee who is really interested in traveling.

The duties of the employee include:

• Accept customer inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, website, phone or personal communication.
  
• Create individual tourist trips for customers or sell ready-made package offers.
  
• Transfer data to accounting for invoice and contract.
  
• Reserve hotels, tickets, transfers for customers.
  
• Assistance to tourists before departure, during the trip and after returning (control of payments and documents).
  

Knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian languages.
Work experience in travel agencies is welcome.
