Greetings from the Sales Department, which is currently looking for a team addition to work with European customers - we are looking for a Junior Sales and Customer Service Manager(s)!
We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:
✔️maintaining relations with existing customers in European markets and providing them with high-quality service (by phone and e-mail)
✔️work with requests from direct customers and their SPOT freight exchanges
✔️taking care of ordering loading/unloading times in the client's systems
✔️ bringing orders to the company's internal program
✔️customer billing management and control
✔️operational cooperation with colleagues from other departments, solving situations arising during cargo transportation
