- Projects related to increasing customer loyalty - preparation of loyalty programs, limited promotions, special offers for existing customers to increase turnover of services;
- Marketing actions/projects are focused on attracting new customers;
- Competitive analysis;
- Introduction of new services, ability to create content - articles, for service delivery;
- ADVANTAGE - allowing advertisements (ctw, traffic, engagement, post) on social accounts Facebook, Instagram;
- Help with administration of social networks Facebook and Instagram. Content creation;
- Administration of the clinic website, information updating;
- Creating and sending newsletters;
- Generation of ideas, introduction of new marketing actions in order to improve the company's financial indicators;
- Analyzing and gathering information received from customers related to marketing actions and implementing timely changes in order to improve the quality of services and promote sales.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in marketing, management, communication or similar. in the field;
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in the field of marketing;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, good knowledge of English and Russian;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Diligence, creativity;
- Knowledge of design programs, knowledge of Seo and Google Adwords.
