- Developing and implementing strategies to retain loyal customers and attract new customers and partners
- Preparation of offers for hotel services, conclusion of contracts, their timely renewal
- Cooperation with colleagues in organizing service sales and events
- Active sale of hotel and restaurant services and improvement of the company's financial indicators
- Analyzing customer needs and services provided by competitors
- Updating prices based on current demand and hotel occupancy planning
- Hotel representation in presentations
- Implementation of ideas, increasing the awareness of hotel services
- Updating information about the hotel and the services offered on various information sharing and cooperation platforms
- Work with hotel program "Protel" (advantage)
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (advantage – in the field of management, marketing, communication)
- At least 1 year of successful experience in similar work, preferably in the field of tourism
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English
- Ability to independently organize and plan your work, make appropriate decisions for the benefit of the company
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team, good negotiation skills
- Computer skills
- Positivity, flexibility, honesty
