For more than 6 years, we - Shipzee - have been providing a unique mediation service that has no equivalent analogues in Lithuania, which covers a wide range of customer needs - from taking care of the entire process of ordering goods and delivering them to the customer's hands, to services for companies that seek to grow their business using various only in the USA goods and tools available on the market.
The goal of the Shipzee team is to ensure that every customer can make their everyday life easier, not only by finding high-quality, unique and most suitable products, but also by enjoying a smooth and simple ordering process and maximum savings.
We are currently looking for a new team member to support the sales team and their manager in their day-to-day operations. Most of the tasks will be related to the facebook group, advising its members and processing orders. You will also sometimes need help preparing for live sales broadcasts, photographing or filming goods, preparing slides for presentations.
The most important thing for us is your desire to learn a lot and quickly, flexibility and good computer skills.

Nature of work:
- Facebook group administration, communication with customers during consultation and accepting orders,
- Compilation and administration of orders (Excel and our internal system),
- Cooperation with colleagues from other departments, solving issues related to orders,
- Preparation of slides, assistance in preparation for live broadcasts and during them (behind the scenes),
- Preparation of information about products (video, photos, descriptions),
- Information search, processing.
Requirements:
- Good computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva),
- Impeccable knowledge of Lithuanian and good English,
- Quick orientation, ability to work independently and make decisions,
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes,
- Ability to work with a flexible, changing schedule,
- Possibility to work in the office, in the center of Kaunas.
What would set you apart from other candidates:
- Experience in managing social network accounts/facebook groups,
- Customer service experience,
- Experience in e-commerce,
- Experience working with clothing cosmetics brands/goods,
- Ability to use Canva or similar tools.

Salary
From 800 €/mon. net
