Nature of work

  • Active sales;
  • Quality control of active sales team work, team management through personal example and good practices;
  • Finding and training new team members;
  • Setting team goals, delegating and motivating tasks and preparing reports;
  • Advertising market monitoring and analysis;
  • Communication with company managers and regular presentation of team work.

Employee requirements

  • At least 3 years of successful experience in active sales;
  • Higher education in the field of business management or marketing;
  • We will consider team management experience a great advantage;
  • You are focused on the client and results;
  • Responsibility, organization, teamwork and the ability to solve problems quickly.
