Our client - TELE2 - invites a sales team leader to join, who will be responsible for the sales teams of private customers in TELE2 salons in Klaipėda. Customer satisfaction and company results will depend on you and the team you lead. You will be responsible for team development, smooth work of salons, good atmosphere and sales results.
WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
Work with an active sales team, take care of its education, motivation, provide feedback, train newcomers;
Ensure the smooth operation of salons, customer service and sales processes in TELE2 salons assigned to you;
Help the team and together achieve set sales and customer satisfaction goals;
Cooperate with other company teams ensuring proper communication and implementing joint projects;
Analyze performance indicators, provide suggestions and insights for improving results.

WE ARE WAITING FOR YOUR APPLICATION IF:
Has experience in leading a team of at least 5 people, able to motivate to achieve goals;
You have active sales and/or customer service experience, you like it and are successful (experience in the field of telecommunications is an advantage);
Characterized by initiative, independence, analytical skills;
Has a driver's license and own car.
