We will trust you:
- Planning of daily team work and distribution of responsibilities;
- Monitoring and improving the quality of managers' work and achieved results;
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the team's sales goals;
- Analysis of sales statistics, preparation of reports and presentations;
- Continuous education and motivation of team members;
- Organization of selections of new team members and their introduction.
We would like you to:
- You should have at least 3 years of team management experience (work in the business segment is an advantage);
- You would be able to constantly motivate people to achieve the goals set for them;
- You would know how to navigate in a rapidly changing environment and be strongly focused on the result;
- You could make decisions based on numbers and have excellent computer literacy skills (MS Excel);
- You would be proactive, not afraid to introduce changes.
