Sales team manager in Vilnius

We are currently looking for a Sales team leader who will be responsible for the sales teams of private customers in Tele2 showrooms in the Vilnius region. The satisfaction of Tele2 customers and the company's results will depend on you and the team you lead. You will be responsible for team development, smooth work of salons, good atmosphere and sales results.

We hope you will be interested in:

• work with a team - take care of employee education, motivation, provide feedback, introduce newcomers;
• ensure the smooth operation of salons, customer service and sales processes at the points assigned to you;
• help the team and together achieve set sales and customer satisfaction goals;
• cooperate with other company teams by ensuring proper communication and implementing joint projects.

We hope that you:

• you have experience in sales and/or customer service, you like it and are good at it (experience in the field of telecommunications is an advantage);
• has experience in leading a team of at least 5 people, able to motivate it to achieve goals;
• you are interested in technology and trends in the telecommunications market;
• you want to take personal responsibility for the tasks assigned to you;
• has excellent Lithuanian language skills (oral and written);
• has a driver's license and own car.

Remuneration

The basic salary is EUR 2100 or EUR 2800 (before taxes), with bonuses for the results achieved, it can reach EUR 4000 or more (before taxes).
