Day-to-day, direct coordination of actions with sales managers in order to provide quality customer service. Active communication with customers by phone and in writing regarding production and shipping deadlines. Management of warehouse balances, preparation of new projects, customer contracts and debt administration. Administration and coordination of claims received from customers
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- diligence, responsibility, diligence;
- stress tolerance in an intensive work environment;
- communication and cooperation skills;
- ability to solve problems;
- English language skills; knowledge of Polish or Russian would be an advantage;
