Head of the sales department

We are looking for a sales team leader for the company's wholesale and retail divisions, whose main responsibilities would be:
Organization and control of the sales process;
Conducting negotiations with potential clients;
Development and improvement of work processes;
Implementation of marketing tools (customer service, research of the competitive environment, organization of promotions).

Technical or managerial education;
Knowledge of business processes, experience in sales strategy formation and implementation;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (knowledge of Russian would be an advantage);
Ability to make quick decisions, strong orientation to results, ability to organize, plan tasks, independence and responsibility;
Driver's license.

From 2450 €/mon. gross
The specific amount of salary will be discussed during the interview.
