Becoming a part of BTA, we will entrust you with:

• Regularly carry out qualitative assessment of requests from group specialists;
• Provide summaries and insights of qualitative inquiry assessments to the group leader;
• Initiate regular or as-needed training for sales support specialists;
• Advise sales support staff on quality assurance and improvement issues;
• Make suggestions for improving work quality and sales
