Main responsibilities:
- Take care of formation, training and motivation of the sales team, provide feedback
- Ensure the smooth work of the sales team
- Contribute to the coordination and control of continuous improvement of operational efficiency
- Contribute to the improvement of products, services and processes
- Propose and implement sales promotion campaigns
You will do well if:
- Has a higher education
- Has at least 3 years of work experience in a similar field - working with sales, a sales team (insurance experience - an advantage)
- Able to work in a team
- You are creative
- Able to work independently
- You plan your time well
- Has analytical thinking and is able to solve problems quickly
- Able to establish and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
