We are inviting a proactive SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to our team
- Development and implementation of the sales development strategy in the Lithuanian and foreign markets;
- Establishing contacts with potential new clients, creating long-term, partnership-based relationships in the B2B segment;
- Generation of new ideas by choosing means for company presentation, customer attraction and sales promotion;
- Analysis of market trends, competitive environment, pricing, need for new services in order to actively adapt to changing market conditions;
- Active cooperation with other departments by exchanging information about the need for new services and the level of existing services.
- Selection of suitable solutions for clients, preparation of proposals and contracts, risk assessment, ensuring feedback.
- Monitoring the result of the company's winning RFQ, analyzing the reasons and making proposals
- Increasing the awareness of the company, forming a positive opinion in the business segment.
We expect from you:
- Higher, advanced education in the field of management, electronics or engineering sciences;
- Ability to fluently teach ideas in writing and orally in Lithuanian and English (C1/C2 level);
- Successful experience in business development, submissions to B2B sector clients, sales of engineering/technical products;
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, cooperation and negotiation skills;
- Risk management, information systematization and analysis skills.
Salary
2000-3500 €/mon. net
