SALES PROCESS GROUP HEAD(S)

Contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Ensuring efficient and high-quality functioning of supervised (sales, customer retention and attraction) processes in the organization;
• Initiating and successfully implementing process optimization, automation and changes in the organization until the final, intended result is achieved (increasing sales and customer retention);
• By implementing proactive, value-creating new processes and solutions;
• Analyzing, modeling and documenting processes and changes related to them, coordinating them with interested parties;
• Performing periodic monitoring and communication of process results (indicators);
• Constantly collaborating with other departments of the organization to implement change, gain knowledge and insights.

• Higher university education;
• At least 2 years of work experience in the field of sales process management;
• Ability to identify areas for improvement, propose ideas, new solutions;
• Good knowledge of process management tools and methods and the ability to apply them in practice;
• Good analytical skills (ability to collect, systematize, analyze information, isolate its essence, compare and summarize data, provide conclusions and recommendations assessing the wider context of the situation, evaluate and determine process indicators);
• Orientation to the result, flexibility, ability to quickly reorient, work independently and in a team;
• Excellent planning, organization and coordination skills;
• Excellent English knowledge.

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 3124 and EUR 4686 (before tax). A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
