Once you join the team, you will be responsible for:

Creating and nurturing relationships with Lithuanian educational/sports institutions.
Fulfillment of personal sales goals;
Clarification of needs and offers for sales;
You will be an advisor who will help institutions/companies to create uniqueness.
You will be the main person of the project who oversees the process from its sale to full customer satisfaction.

What your work will look like:

After starting work, you will first be responsible for finding new customers in Lithuania (state educational/sports institutions) by calling the given database.
After finding potential customers, you will drive to meetings (a car and a category B license are required) and deliver the offered goods.
You will maintain and develop relationships from the first contact to the concluded contract.
I record all this in the CRM system.
I will create a project after signing the contract, organize promotions, serve customers, solve problems that have arisen.

You have the necessary qualities for this position: you are active, courageous and don't stop after the first "no", planning your working time is your hobby and you like it and you can work independently, you have a category B driver's license and a car, and the result and relationship with clients are your biggest motivators.

Workplace:

We are in Vilnius, so if you are from Vilnius, we will meet in the office, but if you live in another city, we will communicate remotely.

Salary

1000-1200 €/mon. net
