We will trust you:
- Create and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Maintain close relations with existing ones and actively seek new customers in Lithuania and export markets.
- Be responsible for negotiations with customers, making/closing deals.
- Coordinate and analyze sales activities.
- Constantly follow news about industry trends, market changes and competitive dynamics.
- To represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards in all sales activities.
We hope you:
- Has at least 2 years of B2B sales experience: in the field of pipeline insulation, scaffolding installation services.
- You are an excellent negotiator and can communicate in business English.
- Has strategic thinking, can be proud of analytical skills.
- You are proactive, maximally focused on results and sales growth.
- Has a higher education and a category B driver's license.
- Has the opportunity to regularly go on short business trips in Europe.
