- Develop strong and long-term relationships with customers (explain customer needs, introduce product innovations, new products, advise customers and motivate them);
- Coordinate the implementation of the client's new projects;
- Actively look for new clients;
- Coordinating sales contracts;
- Participate in examining, explaining and solving customer problems and complaints;
- Constantly monitor and analyze the market (new products, competitors' prices, potential customers, etc.);
- Plan income from supervised clients;
- Conduct negotiations with customers regarding purchases for a certain period and coordinate sales conditions;
- Provide reports on sales results and efforts.
Required skills, knowledge:
- Successful experience of at least 4+ years in the field of B2B sales (in the field of packaging, labeling is an advantage);
- Enthusiasm, desire to learn, to deepen one's professional competences;
- Strategic analytical thinking;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team;
- Orientation towards the goal and achievement of results, leadership;
- Driver's license.
