Currently, the ISS Lithuania team is looking for a sales project manager, whose main responsibilities will include:
- Search for new customers (B2B) and potential sales opportunities in the Lithuanian market, carrying out detailed analyzes of customer needs, market and competitors;
- Creation, development and improvement of the sales development strategy;
- Creating long-term and trust-based business relationships with potential clients by actively participating in business events, conferences, etc.;
- Coordination, preparation and delivery of commercial and complex offers;
- Participation in negotiations, preparation of budgets and plans, providing analysis of results.
Criteria for successful work:
- At least 5 years of experience working with active, project sales (B2B);
- Experience in establishing contacts during conferences, business events and other meetings (strong networking skills), and the ability to build long-term and strong relationships with potential clients;
- Ability to identify and respond to the client's needs, looking for individual solutions and opportunities;
- Strong negotiation, organizational and communication skills;
- Excellent English language skills, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- category B driver's license;
- Willingness and determination to go the extra mile towards ambitious goals. 😊
