We are currently inviting a SALES PROJECT MANAGER to join the team, who has successful experience in the field of B2B service sales, who is pursuing a career (a position with the prospect of growing to a Sales Team Leader).

We are currently inviting a SALES PROJECT MANAGER to join the team, who has successful experience in the field of B2B service sales, who is pursuing a career (a position with the prospect of growing to a Sales Team Leader).
Nature of work/Joining the company You:
- You will search for new customers in the B2B segment;
- You will present our offered services and goods to potential customers;
- You will prepare and submit commercial offers, service contracts;
- You will conduct negotiations, actively communicate with the company's clients and partners, develop business relationships, increase sales volumes;
- You will closely cooperate with the Customer Service and Quality departments, looking for the most optimal solution for non-standard questions and tasks;
- You will contribute to the improvement of your own and the team's performance with ideas and suggestions.
Requirements/We expect you to:
- You have at least 5 (five) years of work experience in the field of service sales and you can justify your achievements with numbers and examples;
- You are actively interested in the field of sales, you are result-oriented;
- You have excellent communication skills, effectively manage stressful and conflict situations;
- You have experience working with sales/project management systems;
- You have a driver's license (category B);
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently (other languages are an advantage).
We offer you:
- Working with an experienced, professional sales team;
- Salary from EUR 1,800 to EUR 4,500 - depending on work experience and competences (amounts are specified before taxes);
- Bonuses depending on individual and team performance - monthly, quarterly, annual;
