In this position you:
- I represented UAB "KAITA Group" - selling newly built and under-construction projects, apartments and commercial premises in Vilnius;
- Projects: ; ; , and others we are planning;
- Conduct meetings with clients;
- You will proactively meet the expectations of customers and offer to purchase real estate that best meets their needs;
- You will be a guide(s) for clients during the entire purchase process - from the reservation to the notarized contract.
What do we expect?
- That you have at least 2 years of successful work experience in the field of real estate sales in a real estate development company in active sales (work with the primary real estate market) /or you have completed real estate management studies and want to start working in this field;
- You understand and are able to adapt to the customer's need to receive information and answers in the shortest possible time;
- Able to communicate smoothly and confidently in writing, on the phone and during live meetings;
- You know about real estate and are constantly interested in market changes and news;
- Has a category B driver's license.
