Becoming a part of BTA, we will entrust you with:

• Ensure high-quality operation and development of the department;
• Promote active and high-quality sales of BTA insurance products; ensure the implementation of sales plans and other goals set for the department;
• Lead, motivate and develop the team, plan and distribute tasks, set goals and ensure their implementation;
• Properly present BTA and ensure the highest quality of customer service.

• You are a leader and have successful leadership experience;
• You have customer service experience and know how to conduct successful sales;
• You have a category B driver's license and you are ready to spend most of your working time with your team in different cities: Ukmerge, Trakai, Šalčininkai, Elektrėnai, Grigiškės and Rudamina.
• You are positive and know how to promptly resolve conflict situations;
• You are empathetic and able to work with different people;
• You are able to organize work in a team and be part of a team.

Reward system:
2000 - 2700 €/month. fixed monthly remuneration;
Monthly supplement of up to 25% of one month's fixed remuneration;
Quarterly bonus of up to 40% of one month's fixed remuneration;
Annual bonus of up to 60% of one month's fixed remuneration.
