At the moment, we are inviting the head of the Sales Department in Panevėžys to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for team development, motivation, impeccable customer service and achieving sales results.

- Support and implementation of the company's sales strategy by organizing the department's work
- Implementation of the sales targets set for the department
- Search and selection of employees, their training and development
- Introduction of employees, team formation
- Timely and efficient organization of department work

- Successful management experience in sales

Remuneration? It consists of two parts: constant from 2,200 - 2,700 EUR (before taxes) and a supplement for achieved sales results. On average, an employee earns EUR 3,200 per month (before taxes), but the amount of the supplement, and thus the salary, is unlimited and depends on the employee himself.
