One of the largest publishing companies in Lithuania is expanding and invites a Sales Manager to join its team.

NATURE OF WORK:
- In this position, you will work closely with the company manager and marketing departments to develop new products and ensure the implementation of the sales plan
- You will manage the work of several team members, and in the next 12-24 months you will be engaged in active team building
- You will analyze the product basket and its sales, actively form pricing and product assortment
- You will manage key contracts with retail (and other) partners, negotiate and further nurture the partnership
- You will work on continuous improvement of processes, together with the team you will implement smart IT tools
- You will develop both retail sales and e-commerce. You will drive channel synergy to achieve common goals

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of successful work experience working with a retail product/service in sales, marketing, communication or business development
- Excellent strategic, analytical thinking skills and effective communication skills
- Ability to use modern IT tools
- Ability to manage and motivate a team, while achieving set goals
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)
