Nature of work:

We invite you to become part of our partner team. UAB PLC Group company's field of activity is the purchase and delivery of cars from the USA, Europe, Korea and the UAE to auction customers all over the world.

  • Development, control and implementation of the company's sales strategy;
  • Management of the sales team. To take care of her education, motivation, training of newcomers. Help the team to achieve the set sales and customer satisfaction goals together;
  • Market analysis and monitoring of the competitive environment;
  • Finding new sales opportunities;
  • Cooperation with company partners and maintaining long-term relations;
  • Analyzing performance indicators and reporting to managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading and developing a team. A big advantage - in the field of cars;
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and English (written and spoken);
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills and strong result orientation;
  • Effective experience of planning your own and the team's working time;
  • Good computer skills.
