Your job/duties/responsibilities:

• Planning, organization, management and control of temporary employment activities in Germany. Ensuring business continuity;
  
• Development and implementation of business development strategy in order to achieve the best results;
  
• Team formation, planning, education and motivation;
  
• Active search for new customers and conducting negotiations with key customers;
  
• Continuous analysis of the market and competitive environment;
  
• Company advertising and image formation;
  
• Analysis of performance results, reporting.

At least 1 year of active sales experience (experience in B2B sales is an advantage);
Export experience of at least 1 year;
Good knowledge of German (knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
Diligence, responsibility and communication;
Computer literacy (experience with CRM is an advantage);
Ability to go on business trips;
B category.
